How to get here

Loro Piceno is in the province of Macerata, within The Marches region. The provincial capital is Ancona.

BY CAR

Coming from the north/south – Adriatic coast (east coast): take the A 14 Autostrada (Bologna-Taranto Motorway). Take the exit marked Civitanova Marche/Macerata, at the roundabout after the toll booths take the left exit, after 400-500 metres join the superstrada for Macerata-Tolentino(dual carriageway). Exit at Macerata Ovest/Sforzacosta and turn right at the junction.Go along for about three km and when you reach Fiastra Abbey turn left at the crossroads, towards Mogliano and Petriolo. After about four km, on the right, there is a road sign indicating the Farmhouse “Agriturismo Campolargo”. Follow the road sign indicating Mogliano and then turn right following the signpost to Loro Piceno. After having followed this road for about one km, on your left you will see a great sign. The Farmhouse is there.

Coming from Rome or Tyrrhenian (west coast): The best route is to cross the Apennines at the Colfiorito Pass. From there descend until you arrive at Muccia, and keep going until you arrive at a place called Sfercia.Follow the road signs carefully, and turn to the right to join the superstrada for Macerata-Civitanova Marche. Exit at Macerata Ovest/Sforzacosta and at the junction turn to the right. Go along for about three km and when you reach Fiastra Abbey turn left at the crossroads,towards Mogliano and Petriolo. After about four km ,on the right, there is a road sign indicating the Farmhouse. Follow the road sign indicating Mogliano and then turn right following the signpost to Loro Piceno. After having followed this road for about one km, on your left you will see a great sign. The Farmhouse is there.

BY TRAIN

The closest stations are those of Macerata and Civitanova Marche. We suggest you hire a car to arrive and to get around, as The Farmhouse is in the middle of the countryside.
