TARIFFS

It is possible to hire the structure of Campolargo Farmhouse for weekends,weeks,months and ,on demand, also for one day only (parties, birtdays, business dinners, etc.).

The farmhouse is provided with six beds. It is a single two-storey building: downstairs there is a dining room, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom; upstairs there are three bedrooms and another bathroom and there is also a little kitchen with a chimney.

The building is surrounded by a large garden where it has been recently built an oval outdoor swimming pool (5,5m x 11m) provided with free sun-beds, beach umbrellas and a canopy over the patio to enjoy your outdoor meals.The farmhouse is equipped with a wireless istallation for internet connections.

Prices include: tv, the use of both kitchens, fridge, hi-fi, oven, chimney, washing machine, electricity, water and heating, linen and towels.

Outside the building you can find a full-size barbeque. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glasses, cutlery and with everything you need for house cleaning.

Guests can manage the farmhouse autonomously as they usually manage their own houses.

There are also mountain-bikes and table tennis at the guests’ disposal.

Prices do not include: catering (breakfast, meals,etc.) This is not provided even on demand.

High season is from 15 may to 15 september, Easter and Christmas.

The remaining periods are to be considered low season.

THE PRICE IS FOR SIX PEOPLE.
Prices can vary depending on different requests and needs.

PAYMENT

When you make a booking a deposit of 30% is required. This must be paid by bank transfer. Please pay the remaing amount of money cash or by credit card when you get to the farmhouse.

RESPONSIBILITY RULES

Guests are responsible for the building, the furniture and for the household goods.In case of damage it is important to inform the owner of the estate in order to state and to value the damage itself.
